Shake well. Add drops to eight ounces of purified water or juice and take with or after meals. Initially, we recommend you test your level of toxicity by using 3-5 drops of Oxygen Elements Plus once a day for 2-5 days. Gradually increase your product usage over a two to three week period until you are using a maintenance amount of 7 drops three times a day. Supplement Facts

Suggested Use for Adults
