Wake up. Do CST - RTW (wait 15 minutes). I had a very restless sleep last night. Woke up around 3am, soaked in sweat. Bad nightmares. I think I was grinding my teeth again, jaw is very sore. Went to bathroom at 3am. #1. No strong odour like before. No burning sensation. |

| 19h30 | Symptom Update: No bloating. No heartburn. minor joint pain. Shoulder pain almost gone. Nice meal. Must make again, no negative reactions so far. Nose still very dry, minor bleeding. Very irretable tonight, snapped at partner. |
